Matt is a Principal and Director of Operations for Elm Grove Companies. His focus is Operational Excellence, including P&L responsibility, cost savings, efficiency, high quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. He oversees the maintenance and project operations, human resources, legal, and IT departments. Matt drives performance throughout the organization with a focus on metrics and KPIs. Additionally, he serves on the investment committee and performs financial analysis and structuring, budgeting, and investor relations.

Matt graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering and summa cum laude from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Masters of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Matt is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Greater Manchester.

Prior to joining Elm Grove Companies, Matt contributed to defense electronics programs at BAE Systems in Nashua, NH. Matt was part of the Engineering Leadership Development Program, a rigorous 3 year technical curriculum and leadership training program. During this time, he also built a portfolio of 150 multifamily apartments in Southern NH, utilizing Elm Grove Property Management.

Matt volunteers as Chairman of Digital Federal Credit Union’s (DCU) Board of Directors, serving over 850,000 members. Matt shares DCU’s vision that “All Members Achieve Their Financial Goals.
